With its cutting edge design, the Demi Barre is easily mounted. Simply hold the Demi Barre with both hands with the engraved end to your right. Twist the white rubber ends away from you until the barre fits in between the doorframe. Then twist the wooden part of the barre towards you until the two ends push firmly outwards to lock in the door frame.
